This is the Grand Ancient Nuri Mosque with its leaning minaret in the Old Town of Mosul. It was an architectural masterpiece that dates back to 9 centuries ago. It was blown off during the battle of retaking Mosul by ISIS. Revive the Spirit of Mosul Initiative funded by the UAE, the UNESCO are working to rehabilitate it next to other ancient sites in the old town of Mosul.
